"Very clean and excellent coustomer service . The South Indian traditional food was so good . The buffet breakfast was very nice . The receptionist went out if his way to the street to get me a taxi negotiate the price and he make sure I was not ripped off. I was treated like a family member ."

"Very close to Airport. Hotel satisfactory, especially when considering the price. Only negative very expensive taxi ride to airport, 7 minutes away. Unless your flight is very early or late organise your own taxi!"

"should grade this hotel as 1 star for everall.... Pls do not expect comfort in the room or in the premises. And do not expect good service from the front desk including the boss which he claim he is. Terrible experience, cancelled my room even no refund, the so called Boss said can refund at the first place, after 5min, he said no refund. Not worth value, consider other hotel Please. "

"Strange place. Spacious apartment/room with full kitchen but not a single plate, pot, saucepan or even glass to be found. Not much around the hotel and if you like your western comforts and food, drink etc., then I would look elsewhere."

"The placement of the hotel is very close to seeb market ,airport and Carefour. The staffs are very friebdly and helpful at any tile. I will definitely return there."

"I liked the gym and spa area very much. Papada is a great masseur, mr Amir a professional trainer! The front desk staff have very good social skills, willing to please Samahir. Amna & Ibrahim we’re most helpful but the best welcome I have had at 5a.m.was by mr Mustafa wonderful smile and nothing was too much trouble!! Great personality. The breakfast / food team were amazingly efficient always there to bring food to you and quietly clear the table… they made breakfast a treat, smiling faces. Mr Fernando, Gada, Zar chi and many more all extremely memorable young men made it a pleasant start to the day! Room service was excellent always on time and respectful polite style. All in all it was sad having to leave a lovely hotel and such warm people behind. Last but not least the cleaning & bedroom service was great always there! Cecel very professional and the young men who politely delivered water etc. unforgettable! A huge thanks and please nite it was all appreciated including the festive stocking! 🙏Happy New year to one and all. "
