"We love this hotel! It was our second stay here. The staff is very friendly and recognized us quickly as we were there for 3 days. It's in a great location-subway stop is around the corner, many dining options, and a very quiet room. The shower was amazing and the room was very spacious with a huge television. The only thing we didn’t love is that they put a $600 hold on our credit card upon arrival. It was refunded after checkout, but I don't remember seeing anything about that when I booked. Overall, an amazing hotel!"
