As someone that does not drink alcohol and most hotels only offer cocktails and champagne at check in so I found this delightful. The rooms were great, more spacious than you normally get in Amsterdam. Customer service was on point and not to mention location which was superb. "For a capsule hotel (which means smaller rooms), it’s really great. It’s new, very clean, bathroom and common areas are very nice and the staff at the reception are exceptionally friendly. It’s located close to Amsterdam, with a bus stop just 5 minutes away. I highly recommend it."
