"Very clean on arrival, just off the NC500 but not noisy. All amenities needed were provided. Service from Wayne was excellent, he introduced himself and gave recommendations and when we had need of some oven gloves, he gave us his pair and immediately ordered more to stock up. Had a slight issue with a shower tap which he got fixed the day after we left, and even text us to let us know he had fixed it. You won't find someone happier to make sure your stay is wonderful. Would certainly book...

"From the moment we checked in, we felt like family. The staff here are the warmest of people. The smiles weren't just customer service smiles, they were genuine. "Very welcoming and friendly manager / staff. Clean rooms and very comfortable bed and chairs. Shower was poor (luke warm water which could not be adjusted with poor water flow). Breakfast was acceptable (cereal, toast, boiled egg - not full English). Beautiful outlook across to Hoy with small ferry terminal serving Hoy and Flotta close by. Not inconvenienced by ferry, noise or traffic using it. Excellent position for visiting the ‘mainland’ including Kirkwall and Stromness. A car is a must...
