"Overall, it is acceptable as the instructions are very well communicated and detailed. However, personally, I may not find this to be the best place to live in aa I am more particular and would prefer a hotel by paying a little bit more. Location wise hotel is easily accessible from Kelana Jaya LRT station & Also lots of places to eat as well as shop around (Paradigm mall & Giant Hypermarket) Only issue in the Hotel is weak WiFi Signal inside the room. I have to go out in the Lobby to connect to WiFi."

"My stay at the FOX Hotel Glenmarie was marred by several concerning incidents. The most alarming occurred shortly after check-in when another couple was mistakenly assigned to my occupied room. This created an awkward and uncomfortable situation for all parties involved. While this may have been due to a lag in their reservation system, such a basic security and privacy breach is unacceptable for any hotel. The problems continued when my key card suddenly stopped working after reporting the room mix-up, requiring me to make an unnecessary trip back to reception for reprogramming. Adding to the disappointment, my rest was frequently disturbed by the constant noise of elevator chimes and slamming doors during the early morning hours. These issues reflect poorly on the hotel's operational standards and significantly impacted the quality of my stay."
