"Beautiful property, friendly staff. The one thing I didn't like was the parking. Hotel has no parking and offers valet parking for $73 per night. That can add up if you're there for a week. "

The location is unbeatable—just steps away from great dining options, shopping, and the scenic riverwalk. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The staff went above and beyond, especially Diamond, who was welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. My room was clean but no closets and the bathroom was also well-maintained but the shower stall was pretty small too. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping everything tidy each day. If you’re looking for a hotel with a great location, friendly service, and good value, I highly recommend Aloft at Magnificent Mile!"

"My stay was a 4.8 out of 5 stars… I really wanted it to be 5, but unfortunately, right when I got up to the room, I wasn’t able to flush the toilet… When I told the front desk about the toilet, they said they’d send someone in 15-20 minutes later. After waiting about 30-40 minutes for someone, I ended up falling asleep… when I woke up, the toilet unfortunately still hadn’t been fixed. So I called the front desk when I woke up about 2 hours later, to which it was resolved within 15 minutes later. "
