"Hotel was a little further away from the train station and for winter it’s not so good as it’s tough to drag yr luggage through snow and ice. Maybe during non winter the walk is ok. The lift to the hotel is behind as the escalators don’t allow luggage"

There was literally no place to put any of our belongings, besides a tiny cutout near the door (1' x 1.5'). I ended up stacking my bags and belongings at the foot of the bed, while my wife stacked hers beside it. "Right along the main high street for accessing the shopping district. Was really cool seeing the car park handler having a flip board to help speed up the process communication process. The hotel does have a form for suitcase shipping between hotels if you ask for a Yamato shipping form and helped me fill out the form with shipping my suitcase back to Tokyo. My friends with me during the stay also highly rated the cleaning service that's down the street as well."

"The staff was very professional and accommodating in every way. They went out of their way to assist in helping park my car. They were also kind enough to let us know that due to the number of individuals staying at the hotel. It would be a good idea to come earlier for breakfast, Doing the saved us a lot of time, as we left we noted the large number of folks queuing for food. The interior of the hotel is a bit older, there was construction going on during the core hours of the working day, and certain items in the room did not work like the radio that’s built into the bed. I’m not sure if this is simply due to the age of the item or the functional operational abilities. Overall, it was a great place for a quick stay in the city. "
