So if you want to get something to eat from a convenience store, or take a train out to Tokyo, then you can do that easily. As for the room, the one I had was a single room. It is small, so you probably don't have enough room to move around in. But it was manageable. For the price, it's not too expensive. "

"My family and I were so happy we decided to book this location. It is literally 10ft away from a 7/11 store to get any food or drinks necessary. Having the 7/11 be open 24hrs was really great as we were getting food at odd times because of jet lag in the first few days. Not only is there a 7/11 so close, but there are neighboring grocery stores that are open as well. The biggest selling point in my opinion is that the JR station is a 3 minute walk from the complex. "We had a wonderful time in this property! It was in a safe and quiet environment. The staff was kind and accommodated to our late check in and dinning options that we needed. They offered a scheduled shuttle bus to DisneySea and Disneyland. In addition, they had informed us about the transportation options to the airport. "This is a basic hotel, confusing when you check in and have to collect your amenities to take up to your room. No food service or food to buy on site, I think they only offered breakfast. 7 eleven was nearby so we ate there. Other than that, basic room, fancy toilet, hard beds but they brought extra pillows which helped. "

"It’s super good for Disney travels since it’s only two stops away to Mahima station and in the opposite non rush direction . Hotel is old and very close to station you can hear the train sounds and see the tracks . Free breakfast was good . The Chinese buffet was better than Japanese . Toilet was not upto Japanese standard and smelled wierd but we found it to be better in value and prefect easily a 8/10 "
