The hotel is a great stay but the property is only available thru WhatsApp via texting! I waited 30 minutes in the extreme heat for a reply to get back in hotel as the reception works remotely …. And there is some delays when waiting for replys!

My stay at the Ape paulista was nothing short of a horrible stay. Would not recommend this hotel unless they change the following: 1) Give staff more room to make decisions. When towels or rooms needed to be cleaned management has to be approve 2) Deborah the cleaning house manager is way to involved in my stay. Created a huge mess due to her being overly concerned with my stay activity. 3) cleaning I had to buy cleaning agents to clean my room. They don’t come by and ask if you need your room cleaned or if towels are needed. 4) street noise took a bit of getting use to. Overall I give this place a 1 star at best and will never return.

Se você quer um lugar bem localizado em São Paulo para poucos dias, essa acomodação é o que você está procurando. A acomodação é pequena, mas é nova e com tudo super limpo. Possui um mercadinho dentro do prédio, lavanderia e é perto do metrô, Rua Augusta, Av Paulista com boas opções de restaurantes. Como melhorias, sugiro consertar o wifi que não funcionou nenhum dia em que fiquei e o sinal de TV é bem ruim, só pegando TV aberta e mal. Como foram 2 dias de acomodação, foi bom!

No geral estava bom, bem limpo e organizado. Por minha falha nao me atentei com o design do quarto, me surpreendi com a cama em cima. Ruim p subir e quarto sem janela deixou um ambiente claustrofóbico. O restante ok. Chuveiro otimo, tudo bem organizado.

Excelente localização! Quarto limpo, porém apresentou vazamento no box do banheiro e no ar condicionado, comunicado à gerência com prontidão para solucionar. Ressalto que apesar das instruções não consegui ligar o fogão. Sugiro colocarem ducha higiênica no banheiro.
