"Always happy with this resort, this was our 4th stay. The great welcome by Lintang at the reception area, great service by Sukra and Dwik in The pool bar. It is a very good resort to stay at , they always work hard to make sure everyone is feeling welcome and happy. I recommend a stay for all travellers. "

Can smell sewage in some rooms because of poor drainage system, and saw a good-sized most universally disliked insect scattering around in the room. Sheets don't feel so clean either. Dripping water from AC and shower didn't drain well, but got fixed after telling them. Mouldy AC. Unusable WiFi. You have to tell them if you want your room cleaned. "Hotel being renovated, building materials everywhere, noisy, staff inexperienced,disorganized, rooms tidy but not clean. Maybe better in one year.minimal dining room."

"The propery is kept very well. There is a fleet of staff ensuring the grounds and pool area are kept immaculate. Always friendly service. The rooms were quite noisy and not very soundproof but that's my only concern."

"Some of the other reviews for this property speak very highly of this resort, which is why we chose this property. Unfortunately, it was not what it seems. Check-in was wonderful and staff at the property couldn't do enough, they were the saving grace for the stay! Unfortunately, the private pool villa are in a poor condition and desperate need of upgrades. The small air-conditioning unit in the room struggled to keep it cool, with the holes in the grass ceiling/roof and poor seals around doors....
