"A family of four one being a toddler stayed at casa Nduxi for 3 nights 4 days. We loved our stay. The property is super clean and staff is always wiping down things or watering plants keeping up with the property. They staff was super busy keeping the place very nice daily. "The worst part about this hotel? No elevator. It's not a big deal since the hotel is only two levels. However, if you have heavy bags like we did, there is help. "It is a beautiful place to stay. The check in process was quick and welcoming. The entire staff was friendly, courteous and professional. Esteban provided us with a wealth of information and things to do while in Puebla. The recommendations for restaurants was excellent. Valet parking our vehicle made our trip very easy and gaining access was fast and efficient. The location was perfect and walking distance to shopping, restaurants and visiting some of the locations on our list. "

"Check in was super fast and easy. I had three rooms booked and at least two of the three we were able to go check in a bit earlier. The area is very lively so music and noise can be expected but it’s not that bad. The staff are super nice and helpful and the roof top restaurant was certainly a highlight! "Wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel. The rooms are gigantic and the courtyards are beautiful. The zocolo is not far but you do have to cross a very busy street so take caution. The beds were somewhat on the hard side but most of our party thought they were fine. The staff was welcoming and friendly. They do give you coupons for free tequila- the silver only. We would definitely return. "
