"The hotel and rooms are very comfortable, newly renovated. New appliances but not the best quality, flimsy plastic coffee maker, good microwave.Plumbling fixtures in the sink and bathroom are also new but not installed properly, the are loose. Not the best finishing quality. Overall is a good hotel, modern with colonial details, nice big roof terrace and inner courtyard to relax. Hotel located close to catedral, shoping areas and restaurants. Very helpful and attentive staff."

"The worst part about this hotel? No elevator. It's not a big deal since the hotel is only two levels. However, if you have heavy bags like we did, there is help. The place is very nice, and the breakfast was delicious. My husband really enjoyed their "Cafe de la olla" which is essentially brewed coffee, as we enjoy it here in the states. The part he enjoyed was that they flavored it with cinnamon sticks. The rooms are big and well maintained. The bed is super comfy and the bathroom is well...

"2 minute walk to Zocalo. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Room was located on the back of hotel away from the street. No window, just a door window facing courtyard. Small room but very clean. No lotion or wash cloths. No iron or iron board. King size bed was firm but comfortable. Pillows were ok. Definitely would stay here again!"

"Wow - this hostel was fantastic. I would definitely use the word hostel loosely, as the quality and standard of the entire place is more like hotel. The accommodation was gorgeous and in a great location. Staff were super helpful, giving food recommendations and also offered free walking tours of the city. "
