"Clean, comfortable, quiet, and such a lovely room with a balcony view that can’t be beat. The spa services were easy to schedule with the friendly staff (definitely get a massage while you’re there) and the location was perfect. We were a ten minute walk from the city center and felt both close to everything and far enough away that we could pretend to be locals. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to end our days in Tuscany. "

"This is a good place to stay, spacious and modern right next door to museum Academia and a five minute walk to the Duoma. The only negative is the rooms were very hot, at night was 26c.
