"Keep in mind that these are like small apartments (without kitchen and living room) there is no receptionist or staff that cleans the room or help you in case of any needs. It is a little tricky to find the place (I asked an officer that was nearby to help me find it) once I find it I needed to call the provided number(3 times because they were not answering) in the Expedia App due to the door being lock. We don't remember having seen the price advertised on the restaurant's entrance. "This is a beautiful hotel. The apartments are very large with kitchen and fridge and separate dining room beautiful views and the prices are half the price of the large hotel Monte taxco next door.(but you can use all the facilities of Monte taxco hotel. The reception staff were very good."

"Location is quite far from Downtown and difficult to access. When I made my reservation it said 5 minutes from the Downtown and we traveled 25 minutes with lot of steep ups and downs. The receptionist was not really friendly at all, there was no hot water in the shower, the spa bathrooms were really bad and stinky.. The jacuzzi pool was nasty. The kids pool slide was kind of dangerous. Beds in very poor condition and too noisy due to other guests' pets, Poor disabilities access. Bad WiFi...
