"Don't let the location fool you. This extremely friendly hotel is in the heart of the Spanish Quarter in Napoli. The staff is the friendliest and most dedicated I have seen in a very long time. My wife and I travel often and have enjoyed nice personnel but Marco, Luca y Nello are something special. The breakfast is not huge but is plentiful and very nicely prepared. It's not the most-centrally located property, so you're a bit of a walk from historical sites and other tourist interests. That being said, I never felt unsafe walking in the area at any time. At night there are a lot of homeless people that camp out there right on the train station steps, literally a few feet from the front door of the hotel. You have to get buzzed into the hotel, understandably. It might be a little bit awkward for someone traveling alone.... on a high note. It's very easy to get to public transportation and the rooms are nice."
