"Beautiful property, great location and friendly staff. Definitely a great recommendation for a unique stay for those looking for "adventure travel" to Lake Atitlán that want peace and quiet. If you are more accustomed to bougie traveling you might want to consider more traditional hotel as you do need to prepare for a little walking up the stairs to your room and no heat when it can get cold in November. Very picturesque and highly recommended."

"Enjoyed my stay at Art & Coffee. Owned by expat Americans living their dream. Very positive and friendly people. Large single story rooms with outdoor patios. I opted to eat at the adjacent cafe inidgo every morning - which has great food and waterfront view. "

"The property was very limited, noise fridge, only one toilet paper per day, bad coffee machine, not dishes we could use at all! Poor lady works too hard 7 days 12 hours daily! Not other worker on property! The owner sucks!"

"The house is dirty, smells humid, dust everywhere, no hot water after 1 minute of shower, no a/c, everything is old and outdated, sheets and towels were stained, it’s in the middle of nowhere in the jungle. We found a scorpion in the bedroom. The only good thing is who manages de property, that service is amazing and will help you get everything organized and scheduled, but the actual property is not at all how it seems in the photos. I definitely do not recommend staying here or would stay...
