"The Ritz Bacara is beautiful. Driving in to the courtyard and being greeted immediately. Valet, bell service and check-in were a breeze and set the tone for relaxation and ease. Tiana was delightful. Our room was lovely. We took advantage of all 4 restaurants on property and were spoiled at all of them. "I stayed in Goleta to visit family during the holiday season. My wife and i have stayed at the hotel a few times previously. This visit i stayed as a single. Unfortunately, the hot tub and pool were out of commission due to upgrades. Other family members are staying at the hotel during my stay. The room was satisfactory. The drainage in the shower was not good. The hotel was convenient. The breakfast cafe was excellent. "
