"Service was generally alright, some staff were definitely more friendly than others. Parking on site is quite limited, but there are plenty of free parking spaces around the hotel area. Toothbrush and toothpaste aren’t provided, but it’s available for purchase at the counter. Would have appreciated if there were more towel bars for non-solo travelers. "It’s freshly done up hotel in the centre of shopping district. Tiny room and tiny beds as well, but I knew it when I picked the hotel. Tiny bathroom, where the shower is not isolated from the rest of bathroom, which makes the floor wet after one shower. And caution with lots if trip hazard. "The person who met us at the front desk was very friendly and had very good english! The rooms are small with a bathroom in unit. They also had a nice downstairs to prepare food and some tables to eat at. Small warning, if you are traveling in the winter the bathroom was very cold. Overall I would highly recommend staying here if you want somewhere simple and easy while you explore Jeju City."

"Friendly staff, clean room. Spacious room. Medium firm mattress. Bus stops just outside, about 15-20min walk to dongmum market. Some restaurants and 7/11 near the hotel. Only downside is the air conditioning sometimes doesn't work, it turns off by itself and you can't adjust the temp or fan speed. And the walls are thin, so you can hear other geusts. "

"The receptionist was very friendly, spoke English and very helpful. The bed was firm, but missing a bottom fitted sheet over the mattress cover. The room is not large but adequate for a couple with two rolling bags. It was nice to have a washing machine to do laundry. As others mentioned, the bath towels are on the small side but it was fine for us. Central location in older part of Jeju city and walking distance to Olle market and black pork restaurants. "

"While a bit older and not the most desirable option for some, it was a comfortable place to stay for the price! The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked very well and it was quiet throughout the night! Would stay again for a quick trip to Jeju."
