"Seems like it was great hotel 10-15 years ago. I don't have any complaints for cleanliness or service because even though they were not extraordinary, they were decent and as expected. Something that bothered me were the rooms and furnishings. The room's design style was morden but seems liked it had aged a lot. Fern needs to invest in mordenizing the hotel when they are charging upscale prices for their rooms. "

For check in the woman couldn’t find my reservation (in her email inbox ??) and almost didn’t let me check in because she didn’t know what Hotels.com was. Upon check out (at 6am), the front door of the hotel was locked!! Such a huge safety issue.
