"Lovely room so able to relax. Good communication from the hotel - it wasn't open the night I stayed but I was sent details of the keypad for the front door & key to the room was available. A list of food delivery options was provided as food not served that night. Tea/coffee in the room plus toiletries. "Due to unforseen circumstances we arrived late on our first day, had told Donna and even though it was late she was there to greet us and help with our luggage. The room was spotless and the view over the estuary beautiful. Breakfast was delicious with thick bacon and sausage from a local butchers. What we both liked was the attentiveness that Donna gave us and other customers staying there. She would also call each of us by our fist names. Something that just made the stay a bit more...

"Third time we have stayed here. Very convienient, nice breakfast, friendly staff. The let down was Room 12 which has restricted head room which is a particular issue if you wake at night. Was not aware of this when booking though now ive looked at reviews, others have commented on the same issue. Will definately stay again, just not in that room."
