"Overall this stay was quite good. The hotel room was in a really nice condition with two bathrooms, a nice balcony and a kitchen which was really handy. There was also one bedroom that could fit three people and a comfy sofa bed. However, the downside to this hotel is that you have to pay for anything extra. For example, extra towels are an additional 2 euros each, late checkout is 10 euros per hour and the hotel website doesn't mention it is 6 euros per hour/per person to use the facilities...

"All of the staff from the Reception area through to Dinning were always smiling, friendly and always at hand to help with anything or just a chat. The hotel has a great relaxed vibe which is a great credit to the staff. We found the location to be fabulous as walking along the coast one way took us towards Adeje and the other to Los Cristianos. "This was our second stay and our expectations from last year were met once again. The staff are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble and they always have a smile. "Stayed as 2 adults and a toddler. Had the best time! Food was good, everything was clean, pools are good. Staff are exceptional - they work so hard!! The only downside for us was we had two lots of noisy neighbours (young party people) so got woken up a lot. Charming christmastholiday

"We wanted a charming and cosy hotel, something spesial and it was perfect! Just what we was looking for, with a livingroom were we could have a drink and read a book in the evening. The food in the restaurant was realy good, and also included canarian spesialities."

"We stayed in a beautiful and rustic apartment, very tastefully furnished and spacious. Despite not having a front desk, check-in was very straight forward and the owners provided good communication. The property grounds are well kept and perfect for a quiet retreat and full relaxation. The local cat happily greeted us every time we used the garden and kindly walked with us, keeping us company. The swimming pool is a nice addition, as well as the jacuzzi. The location is perfect, you're at driving distance from the busier resorts and beaches, but you can also easily drive to the opposite part of the island, it takes roughly an hour. Or just stay in the garden and rest in the hammocks. "
