"Le Chatelet is highly recommended. Frankly there is nothing exceptional but the hotel it is very comfortable and well located in the town. We had problems on the first night due to excessive noise but the more than polite staff resolved this problem with ease. Parking is also a problem with this hotel but again the staff were aware of this and solved our concerns. This was a a highly recommend hotel for its comfort and professionalism. "

"The place is beautiful located in an amazing spot with lake view. Getting there is very difficult by car as the ride is really rocky. Upon our entry to the room there was a dirty, wet towel in the bathroom which didn’t feel like a great start. The floor did not feel clean and some parts are were bit old. The room feels a bit cluttered by the design. For the price and location I would say it’s worth the stay."

"This beautiful hotel sits in a valley surrounded by gorgeous mountains and right across from a beautiful river at the foot of high mountain cliffs. The setting alone is worth the price but the hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms very comfortable, the staff very attentive and the food very good. "Needs updated. They use a key that needs to be returned to the front desk upon leaving the premises. Blankets very disappointing. Hot water not available when I was there. Very low ceiling you can touch. Fantastic location very convenient for shopping and dining. Service is not in their list of thing to do with clients. "
