"The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located, with restaurants, shops, and the Uffizi and Cathedral within walking distance. Nadine was on duty when we arrived, and she was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was much more than a continental breakfast, and was very good. If you drive into Florence, be aware that you will spend $35-40 Euro daily to park your vehicle in a garage. "

"Really centrally located so everything notable was within a 15 minute walking distance. The staff were all really professional and nice. The layout of the hotel is really interesting where it snakes all over the place. Maybe it's a Florence thing but I do like it. The included breakfast funnily enough had the best dessert I've had in Florence. The room was spacious with tall ceilings and came with everything one would need. "

"The hotel was undergoing renovation. Rooms are very small and the bolt on the door was not working (which cannot even be raised when you are a solo traveler). The breakfast staff were a bit rude, for instance trying to have me relocate where I was seated for breakfast because I was close to where the staff were talking to each other. The room was clean and in a convenient location. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and brought me tea when I was under the weather. "

Contacted the property and never received a response. With over 100 degree weather and air conditioning barely working, was torturing. "

"The location is extremely convenient - close, but not too close, to the train station and walkable to a major sites in Florence. This was my second stay here and it lived up to expectations. The breakfast room has a fantastic view of the Duomo and the city - plus an excellent buffet with very good coffee. One nice, unusual amenity at the hotel is a complimentary minibar that is restocked daily. "
