"Do not book here. Literally no customer service. Signs are not clear on where the hotel is. The beds are the most uncomfortable beds ever. You’re better off sleeping in a hostel for cheaper. "Only there for a night. The host/manager could have done a better job explaining how to get there, instead of simply suggesting to use Waze maps! "Absolutely loved this place. So so cute, clean, quiet and relaxing. The staff is so accommodating and sweet, they were always asking if they could get me anything. Food is SO GOOD. Hotel Hermoso y Limpio!!

"El Hotel es estilo colonial muy lindo y limpio. Tuvimos una increíble vista al Lago de Atitlan. Es importante mencionar que en la habitación no hay plancha, refrigerador ni cajilla de seguridad; aunque la cajilla no es tan importante, el personal es muy honrado. Mi esposo dejó su argolla de matrimonio y al regresar hicieron la limpieza y ahí estaba su argolla, también al salir; olvide unos artículos y salieron a dejármelos. Muchas gracias!! "

"I would definitely come back to this hotel. It’s beautiful. It’s right in front of the volcano. Very close to the lake where you can get a private code that takes you to different little towns. Stuff was nice food at the restaurant was OK and number one thing for me they have hot water, the room is clean and very comfortable "

"Beautiful property in an amazing location, with amazing views from the room and common areas. Don’t forget to check the upstairs pool area, which has even better views. The hotel restaurant is excellent. I was a bit disappointed with the steakhouse Kinik, down by the shore, so I recommend you stick with the main restaurant. I also took the private motor boat to the pueblos; although pricy, it was worth the convenience. The concierge gave me good and accurate recommendations I highly recommend this place"
