"The resort was nice but not enough dining options. They dont accept credit cards in any of the restaurants or shops. It was cold when we eent we tried to go into the outdoor jacuzzi but the water temperature in it was just luke warm and noone was around to adjust it, additionally there was very little entertainment..and any music was over by 7:00...too early."

"Property under significant construction. Many restaurants and facilities not available requiring transport to sister property. Expedia and the Inn failed to advise visitors of significant property issues on the websites. Shame on you both. "I stayed here for 9 days after Hurricane Milton knocked out the power at my home. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the place. It is a little bit old and the facilities reflect that, but everything works and seems to be well maintained. Pets are welcome with a small deposit. Laundry facilities are pretty good. The room was comfortable and -very- clean. The support staff in the front office were very nice and helpful and the cleaning staff was superb. Next hurricane, I'm heading...

"This hotel looks like it just went through a complete renovation! It is immaculate and our room looked brand new everything! The staff was so friendly! Breakfast was great! No coffee maker in the room, but 24hr free coffee, brewed fresh for each cup, in the lobby area. It is perfectly located down the street from UNF and every restaurant you can think of! "
