"We were accidentally booked into smoking room which was awful, and the lady at the front desk was not interested in helping us, or even discussing it much, but the 2nd day, we were switched into non smoking and it was wonderful."

"The Sophia was a great place to stay. Conveniently located within walking distance to many restaurants and the pier. Room was clean and comfortable. The filtered water stations to refill my water bottle was super convenient and tasted great. "

"I went to San Diego on a solo yolo 5 day get away while my husband fished in Mexico. I stayed in a suite with a view of the marina. The shower grout and tile needed to be cleaned. The color was a pink hew of mildew; bathroom door frames were stained with red marks, looked like blood; pillow case had a noticeable stain; housekeeping didn’t replace ice bucket plastic cover; didn’t replace black cosmetic face towels and small white towels even though the dirty towels were on the floor."
