"We are a family of four (with two little kids), and this was a great place for us to stay! The cabin is beautiful and very comfortable. Paloma was very communicative and helpful. The kids loved waking up to the roosters, taking a long bath in the jacuzzi, and the surprise dusting of snow on our last morning! The fresh eggs and honey were a special (and delicious) touch. The location is close to everything and safe. Highly recommend! "

"This property failed to honor a paid reservation with a credit card deposit. I would strongly caution all visitors (especially if you are from out of country) to avoid this. Me and another set of guests were turned away despite a confirmed reservation, and we were forced to drive 2 hours back to Santiago as an emergency to find a bed."

"No puedo dejar comentarios sobre el lugar porque cuando llegamos estaba todo ocupado y no tenían registro de la reserva. Después de revisar se dieron cuenta del error y trataron de acomodarnos en otro lugar que lamentablemente no estaba todavía en condiciones. Eramos los únicos allí y no había una persona responsable que atendiera las cosas básicas."

"From the outside the property looks really good, but from the inside the rooms need some work done. It definitely needs a deep cleaning and some remodelling as the bathroom had thick layers of mould, there was a leak in the ceiling that made some of the lights stop working. Also some cobwebs in the bathroom and the kitchen some of the drawers were not clean."

"Dans un studio , pas une éponge ni essuie tout , ni une goutte de produit vaisselle , ni etat des lieux...certes déco moderne tape à l oeil !!! Et personnels à l accueil pas du tout sympa et j ai du demandé 2fois un ticket pour les 10000pesos du parking !!!"
