"Wonderful stay from start to finish. Super friendly staff at check-in that held our luggage, then phones us when our room was available. The family room had two separate bedrooms, a nice shower and candies waiting for us. The breakfast is located on the top floor with beautiful views. Amazing selection, quality and attentive staff. The pub in the lower level had good food and again superior staff. The location is very good too. We are so happy we chose this hotel in Salzburg "

"Ecellent hotel. Warm and inviting. Staff are attentive and extremely helpful if you have a question or would like an opinion for things to see and do. We were always really looked after and did not want for anything. Rooms have all the modern amenities and are comfortable and very clean. The bed is hard (too hard for us for too long of a stay) but maybe for most just fine. Great location to everything. Very quiet area and an 8 minute walk to the old center. Definitely would stay here...

"Our room was across the road from the main hotel on the top floor, the family room was huge, 2 bathrooms, really nice. The gym and pool are also very good. The area is good to start a walk down the slight hill towards the river. Lots of shops and places to eat. Good cafes for coffee and of course apple strudel. The castle above Salzburg is worth a visit with a great view of the snowy mountains. The Christmas market was very nice with plenty of stalls."
