Decadent hotel in horrible conditions. The curtain was riped, sheets that barely cover the over stained mattress, bathroom door falling apart, only two small pillows for a double bed and when I called the front desk they stated they didn’t have any extra. Besides that we also found a few cockroaches in the room. Definitely didn’t worth the stay. Almost forgot: they charged extra 30 reais for parking.

Only good for its location
The best thing about this hotel is its location at Porto da Barra, just a few steps away from the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants etc. But the hotel itself is dated and poorly maintained. The lift has problems, the room and bathroom need urgent renovation, or at least a (very) deep clean. In the gym, none of the 3 threadmills worked and the space was left filthy, with dead cockroaches all over the floor day after day. I had booked a 5 day stay but left after just 2. Shame as the location is juet perfect.

Ein abgerocktes hotel was sein geld( 45€/N) nicht wert ist ! Frühst.: die früchte wenn sie denn reif sind, sind ok und der cafe. Der rest ist gür die tonne. Peinlich gür ein angeblich 4* haus. Von mir nur 2* und dagür zuteuer!

Precisam verificar a manutenção dos elevadores, bem como focar num serviço de limpeza que seja eficaz. Os quartos acabam ficando sem o devido cuidado nos detalhes. É preciso que ocorra a troca do enxoval. Existe a falta de roupas de cama, cobertores e toalhas.

Decepção com a Rede Andrade
Posso listar apenas um ponto positivo do hotel, a sua localização. O café da manhã é bem simples, poucas opções de tudo, pois em outros hoteis da Rede Andrade em outras cidades como Recife e Florianópolis, eram bem melhores, com muita variedade. Os quartos são bem antigos. A TV era muito antiga e bem pequena. O ar-condicionado bem antigo e demorava para esfriar. O serviço de quarto só trocou as toalhas uma vez durante 8 dias, pois tinha um aviso se fosse trocar teria que pagar uma taxa. Além disso, o cartão da porta toda hora parava de funcionar e tinha que descer para magnetizar novamente. Enfim, muita decepção nessa estadia.
