The Christmas trees and Christmas lights were beautiful, but usually there are slippers and robes in the room, but this time they didn’t change the robes someone else did wear and it smelled bad and they were no slippers. When I checked in, the credit card machine seemed to be broken, so I had to wait.

Everything was pretty great except I was putt off by the person at the Front Desk who checked us in. Great reviews brought us to this hotel and we were left a little disappointed. On the other hand, Kodee was working in the little sitting area by the fireplace was pretty darn amazing. She walked us through the different cuisine options unlike the person at the desk who said he had no idea about the food and didnt bother to give any directions either.

Everything was fantastic except there was a bizarre fire alarm announcement by a front desk person over the intercom in the middle of the night that woke us up. We called the front desk within a minute of the announcement and they said there was no need to evacuate that it was a system error of some sort. It was a little scary and worrying!
