Good needs excellent
"The hotel was fine. We had a comfortable stay and breakfast was only continental. The major factor was the hot tub. I asked one of the managers to turn it up for us because it was cold and we got into it. Other than that it was pleasant. I would mention one other maintenance issue the railing on the tub. The spa is coming off. It’s off the ground. It’s not submitted or bolted down
That could present a huge risk of injury"
