"We loved our stay at this Sonder. The check in process was straightforward and convenient. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities you would expect. The location is great to explore Montreal. We also particularly liked the case lockers on site on the day of checkout - enabling us to safely store our luggage before our evening flight. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"Exceptional hotel with great service. We did not like a few minor things - no ice machine available for guests. We had to have ice delivered every time we needed it. This took around 45 minutes. The casting from our phone was hard to figure out. There is no dishwasher or dish cleaning supplies so it was impossible to clean our dishes. And I have no idea how they are cleaned between guests? Are they replaced with clean ones?"

"What a wonderful experience staying at this hotel! The staff is warm, friendly and super helpful. Our room was classic and cozy with beautiful tall windows. All the eclectic art and furniture put a smile on my face every time I walked through the hallways! I would definitely come back and stay here again. "

"Our stay at Penny Lane was good - easy to access, underground parking garage across the road with shops and lots of food options nearby. The apartment is slightly outdated and could use some touch-ups. One negative was that the curtains in the room could not be closed, as they were quite high to reach and you could tell that they had been tugged at repeatedly as the brackets were coming out of the wall. We did not want to risk any further damage, so we left them as-is which let some light into...

"Excellent neighbourhood location. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants in the area. Subway location very close. Front desk a bit chilly in attitude but accommodating nonetheless. Good value for Montreal. "

"The room was large and clean. The breakfast had several options to choose from and their bagels werr especially delicious. The hotel is walking distance to the Old Port, downtown, universities, and Mont Royal."

"The unit was very nice and the area is central. There are all kinds of restaurants nearby and public transportation is about a 5 minute walk away. The only negatives were the quality of the toilet paper(like sandpaper), the shower head was awful, a lack of hooks to hang towels on in the bathroom, no hooks or closet to hang jacket or coats and no tea towel for the kitchen. "
