"Overall a vey high quality hotel. However, I had half board and although the quality of the food was excellent , I would have thought that dinner should give some options on the menu. They were happy to provide alternative if I had asked during the day. Butter should given with the bread instead having to ask each time. An additional cheese dish at 22 euros is a little expensive."

"Didnt enjoy queing for 1 hour to collect sheets and check in then having to walk back 5 mins to hotel with everything inc luggage. Double trundle bed could only be made up as 2 singles and no top sheet... had to sleep next to blankets that werent laundered. Great position in town. Nice view. "

The breakfast is okay...not great but not bad--and it's included in the price so no complaints there. "nicely furbished hotel with a gondola and restaurants within a couple minutes walk. beautiful view from the balcony. Everything is quite new and very clean, nice and cosy. The only thing that could be improved is the soundproofing between rooms and in the corridor. however overall i really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it! "
