"The staff at this place are incredible. If you have any issues they will resolve it in matter of minutes. You have to do the trip to Fansipan as if you stay there you get a free upgrade to VIP and fast track. Take advantage of this as it will make the trip that much more convenient. One of the best places I’ve stayed and would recommend every time asked. "

"Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Unfortunately Sa Pa was foggy during our stay so we never got to appreciate the view from the room but I imagine it’s an amazing view. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel is in a good location. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Sa Pa thank you to the great staff for a wonderful stay. "

"Exemplary service from all staff here. Received a complimentary room upgrade to a suite with an excellent view of the fields and mountains. Cozy and tranquil. It’s not near to Sapa town though but they have an in-house restaurant with good variety of food at very reasonable prices as well. Best place for a recharge and back to nature moments. "

"Got to that hotel early morning asked if I wanted an early check-in it would cost me extra which I thought was really nice since the train got in at 6 AM. I ate at their little area. It was good. Also, when I left, they were very sweet and packed me a banana and and yogurt water which I thought was very kind. They upgraded me to a beautiful room with the window since I was staying three days. I’d recommend this place to stay "
