"The location was superb and so were the facilities. However, there is no management to guide the young staff left alone to run the hotel.....there is also more to be done on clearly stating the local activities and prices....the restaurant menu, especially lunch need to be a more varied if you are staying for more than two days. Airport pickup is chaotic and overal management needs to be improved."

"This property is pure magic. The rooms have beautifully designed accents in a private setting. Views are amazing. The attention to every detail is well thought out and provides that little extra bit of magic that Lapland offers! We were here for Valentine’s Day and they showed every patron lots of love! "

Really nice hotel in Rovaniemi

"We had a lovely stay. Our room was clean and large, the bed was comfortable and water pressure was great. It was a little noisy outside the room within the hotel and could hear some street noise but it wasn’t bad. We used the sauna, enjoyed the large buffet breakfast, and the hotel was close to everything by just a few blocks. Free parking on site was also a nice perk."
