"Very clean and new. Close to transit with a direct tram to the “touristy areas” (10-15 minute ride) is only about 200m away from the hotel. Neighbourhood appears safe. We saw people walking alone well after dark. Reasonably priced. Staff very friendly but do not work after 21:00 so you have a key fob to open the front door. Suites are cleaned every 3 days (which I actually prefer). Just one very small soap and shampoo provided (enough for 1-2 showers) so you may want to bring your own. ...

Room was quiet, though note I was there in December and my windows were closed and I faced the courtyard. "Very friendly and welcoming staff, the games room was a nice addition. Bed was relatively comfortable and the deluxe suite was a good size. The laundry room and sauna were great and unexpected additions. However, the photos on the website were a little misleading. The room decor needs some modernising: there were stains on the sofa, ceramic chips in the bathroom and an old stereo. Near perfect!

"We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The room was spotlessly clean. The room had everything we needed bar 1 thing, an English speaking TV channel. The staff were attentive and helpful. The breakfast was the best we've had for a long time. Lots of choice! Excellent hot and cold drinks. We were particularly impressed with the Nespresso machine in the room and also in the breakfast buffet. Hotel was in a good location and everything was in walking distance."
