"Not bad but below expectation from a Hyatt hotel. Strange that they have 5 stars with no swimming pool. Charging $80 per night for car park when the one accross the road is less than half."

"It is great for younger guests but not for ederly couples like us. The hotel is upscale and well maintained. Staff are helpful and friendly. Situated at Darling Harbour. Centrally located in the CBD area. It is quite easy and not expensive to commute by taxi or uber. "

"Great location and excellent views of the harbour. Comfortable and excellent transport links, the tram into central is right below the hotel. There is also plenty to explore in Darling Harbour, or get a ferry from Pyrmont Bay to Circular Quay. Only a word of warning, there is currently the Harbourside shopping centre that is being developed in front of the hotel, due to be completed in 2025, when this is complete, the views of the harbour will be lost! "
