"The location is beautiful the views of the Tuscan hills from the balcony were amazing. There is also a very nice restaurant there for dinner. The down side is there is no hot breakfast which with a nice restaurant is strange. Also the rooms are extremely dated, to the point of being uncomfortable. Also if you go in the fall there is no real heating so it was very cold at night. There was an AC so I assume in the summer it’s fine but in October without heat it was quite cold."

"Simply the most relaxing situation one could imagine. Just a perfect blend of nature, farm edges (e.g. not a resort) but unreal food/wine. Just hanging out by the pool all day or walking vineyards or simply just "being" while the Tuscan sun rejuvenates your soul. It was a fantastic couple of days that was restorative and memorable."

"The proprietor Manfredi was very accommodative, informative about the area and even gave us a tour of the property. The room was exceptionally clean, and with a car only about 2-3 minutes from San Gimignano. The property affords great views of the Tuscan landscape."

"This place is amazing! The views are spectacular. The room was perfect and the grounds are exactly what you’d expect for Tuscany. The owner is on hand at all times and is very friendly and accommodating. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get in until midnight. He stayed up for us and talked us through the directions there. You do need a car if you’re staying here since there is no public transportation. "
