"The place isn’t clean. Food isn’t good. However, Egyptian breakfast was good. Hotel refused to accept Visa card to pay upon arrival and requested only cash then charged more than agreed with Hotels.com! I had to accept for my family as we didn’t have another option. Overall, it wasn’t a good place to stay and full of Flies which I had to kill them at first night but they still show up next day! "

" difficult to access hotel as they took some flooors in a building with no mark to identify hotel, poor management they said we don't have empty room for you and they transfer me to other hotel without view. "
