"Front desk staff were fantastic- welcoming and helpful providing early access to the room. The hotel is less than 10 years old, the room was very clean, comfortable and offered great amenities.. The bed, linens and pillows in particular, were very comfortable . The location is fantastic- in a very safe area with access to many restaurants, shops, areas of interest and within easy walking distance of both the Robben Island ferry as well as the cruise terminal. Would definitely stay here again."

"incredibly old hotel room - the carpeting definitely needs changing, there was only 1 usable power outlet, the shower drained very slowly and the AC unit made ruckus. the breakfast buffet was good, it's located next to lots of restaurants and the staff was friendly and polite."

"Right across street from Klok market which was exotic and delightful. Overall experience was wonderful- staff was courteous and kind. Due to market set up each morning (clanging of metal booths), be aware if you are seeking a place a to sleep late - or have ear plugs. I would very much stay here again!"

"Very convenient location - easy walk to the airport. Basic room was clean and comfortable for overnight stay. Good buffet breakfast available. Gated access to property with 24 hour security - felt very safe. Would stay again if needed airport hotel. "

"Clean and quiet property in old warehouse section close to V&A waterfront area. Not a great view out the front but this place has character and not your average modern hotel layout but shabby chic with a bit of funk. Great breakfasts and Giorgio restaurant downstairs in courtyard for dinner. Reasonably priced for location!"

"The Front Desk staff were always welcoming and polite. We used the two dining facilities once each but both were very satisfactory. The Heerengraght gives you amazing views of Table Mountain. The parking facilities were good."
