"Mateo who worked the front desk was polite and friendly. Be aware you’re gonna have to pay a small fee for sheets and provide your own dish soap paper towels and toilet paper which I really didn’t realize until I checked it it wasn’t a big deal."

"It seemed quite affordable at first but after you add in all the charges for towels, linens, toilet paper, room cleaning, etc. you are better off paying more for a different hotel. This camping ground is unlike any other camping ground that we have stayed at, this one makes you pay for everything. Even the on site market was quite pricey. Location was good for our theme park outing but they are plenty other hotels to at near by. "

"Lovely place to stay. Staff are fantastic. Accommodation was clean and had all that we needed, each one surrounded by a lush and well kept garden. The property is gated and you use a code to enter and leave at the gates. The 2 pools are spotless and well cared for. The takeaway food options were fantastic."

"Rooms are very dated and were not overly clean. Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. "Fantastic location close to Lake Garda seafront and restaurants with grocery store just 5 mins away. Bikes for rent on site through deposit only. Whole range of choice for breakfast in lovely quiet setting. Staff friendly and helpful, had early train to catch and they produced a breakfast box of food the night before at no extra cost. Nice clean pool on site never an issue with sunbeds which were always available. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again."

"We stayed at the Beatrix for a week in July 2015. We wanted a base to explore Garda whilst being able to walk into Bardolino in the evenings. The apartment was on the 2nd floor with a balcony off each room. We found the apartment basic and fairly clean although the bathroom could have been a little cleaner (toilet brush was disgusting) and the bathroom had a horrible smell. We payed for air con which was 50 euros but we expected this and this was good in each room. We expected to have towels...

Our room faced the water and had some flying insects and a spider 🕷️ that the maid missed in the ceiling (prior guest must have left doorway open) but the maintenance man came up as soon as I called and cleaned it away. A Well Situated Hotel Over The Draw Bridge.
"We were met by a very friendly, smiling Receptionist called Nevenka. She took our details and gave us our room keys. On getting to the room we found it to be a double room with a large bed. I had request twin beds. We returned to reception and Nevenka without any fuss arranged for us to have a twin room. The room was again a large room. The hotel is ideally situated within the town walls. You are not allowed to take your vehicle into the town. You park in a designated area outside and are taken by a large golf buggy to your hotel. I would recommend this hotel to other visitors. "
