"I have elected to give this property full marks just to balance out some of the negative reviews that I felt were overly harsh. Some of the comments did inspire a lot of scepticism, but I took a chance on account of the great daily rate and didn’t regret it. My family decided to cross over to the Italy side and had a great time here. It’s not Nice or Cannes, it’s just a very low key place to decompress with the kids. "I would leave a 5 star,even they don’t have a beach and it’s impossible to swim because of rocks and access to the beach is very difficult,but they don’t advertise it! The hotel itself knew better days,definitely not 5 stars.But I would swallow all those things if I didn’t have an interaction with Arshad front desk receptionist.He was acting nasty arrogant even belligerent when I approached before leaving to clarify hidden the charges.It was a scary and very disappointing experience for us...
