"The hotel is a standard facility if you are looking for a place to sleep , management is great but the F&B is very much below average, I was disappointed with the breakfast and the F&B staff are not trained at all. It would be best to order an off the menu item for breakfast. Apart from the few bathroom amenities and no hot water or hot water kettle it's a reasonable place. "

"We've stayed here because the rating was excellent, 9.0/10.0. But the hotel is mediocre; room was small, in need of some room upgrade. Staff wasn't particularly friendly, especially the supervisor looked grumpy, directing his staff in unfriendly manners. I'd have to say it wasn't terrible, but the rating was very misleading that caused my disappointment. No western food for breakfast, but very many western food n nearby. Definately something to consider when you choose this hotel."

"Newly poorly built hotel Has 8 floors each floor with 6 rooms. Rooms don't have much space i had to ask staff to remove unnecessary furniture to creat space for my 2 suitcase. If you are someone who needs floor space for prayers, exercise like yoga or any other reason you will really struggle for space in the room. "Check in was length kept asking if I had prepaid which I had and shown reception numerous times booking receipt. Checkout time was too early for us disappointed the hotel were unable to accommodate our request made in advance "

"It was inexpensive but can find much better for the same cost in India. This hotel is very bad. Front desk was disorganized and seemed to not have our booking. At the end they tried charging again for the room when we had prepaid with expedia. The rooms were super smelly like moth balls, the bathroom very mouldy, and paint was peeling on walls. Room with a view meant a view of the monorail which was right out our window (and looking at the station)."

"At the Aspire Hotel, the property was tired and in need of refurbishment. The bathroom was very dirty.The toilet seat was broken. The bed linen and pillows were dirty, stained and torn. We booked and paid for 8 nights when we checked-in. Big mistake!, we had to leave after 2 nights and move to a much better hotel. The Aspire would not refund us for the 6 nights we did not use. The only good thing about the hotel was the quality of the wi-fi. Its never a 3star hotel. Would not even get 1star in...
