"The desk staff were fantastic, consistently friendly and helpful. The mattress was a little too firm for my tastes - I like them fairly firm, but not that much. There was a good number of pillows, of different thickness and firmness. There was hair clogged in the shower drain when I arrived, leading the tray to drain slowly and fill with water. There is a small kettle in the room, but the sink is very shallow and the kettle won't fit in it - the only way to get water into the kettle was to fill...

"Lithos hotel was lovely. We got upgraded to a room with a view which was outstanding. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful. It had everything you could want. And the staff was incredibly friendly. "
