"The room was small, but everything was super clean. There is air conditioning, but you can't control that youself. The front desk staff turn it on for you. It was as adverised, a good place to stay near the zocalo. "

"Had an amazing staying! Was upgraded to a villa due to Hotel being remodeled after hurricane Otis. Staff was attentive and fast with delivering any food orders. Always friendly and with a smile. Also the villas are super clean!! "

"No wifi in the rooms only in the large lobby! It is a large hotel and the restaurant is not good! The food is for Mexicans only. Large families by the bus load with their screaming kids come on weekends. Taxi needed to go to downtown Acapulco."

"If you want a resort style vacation that doesn’t break the bank, this is a great option. The staff are extra efficient and the entire vibe of the place is they treat you like family. Room was awesome. We stayed in a suite with a king bed and a private pool. There is a little nook/compartment in the wall were they deliver coffee and little muffins in the morning. Was delightful. "
