"Asked for blanket for the pullout couch There was a smoke on the bed and didnt get the blanket I adked for, stated there was 1 on room told the frint desk person there wasnt and i checked sll areas and drawers ,my son didnt have a blanket for his bed, not happy with that service ,they told me they didnt have any blankets"

"Location was excellent. Small maintenance things need to be attended to though. Blind is tearing away. Toilet roll holder off the wall. Drain plug in tub didn’t seal so couldn’t bath. Small things but need taken care of. "

"It was a very pleasurable experience! The staff were very friendly & eager to help us. Nice coffee & tea in the room to make & a very good breakfast in the morning. Check in & check out was quick & thorough. I would stay there again for sure:) "
