"The beach is nice and clean but the hotel close it for guest use from 8 pm to 7 am The property condition is poor - broken tile, outdated furniture, broken bathroom fixtures, no safe in the room, etc. At arrival I had to wait one hour before they check in a large group of guests. "Great hotel and the restaurant was outstanding. High recommend anyone who is looking to take the ferry to Messina the hotel is just a few steps away from the ferry option. Metro is close by for further discovery of the city. Hotel staff willing to assist and recommend. Outstanding crew!"

"Generally a bit shabby, carpets in public areas needed a deep clean. Staff were helpful, English not generally spoken. Satisfactory for one night stay but more would have been a challenge."

"The hotel was very pretty. The rooms could have use a paint job but we had a great balcony and bathroom was big. We did go off season so there wasn’t a lot of people. I was disappointed that the fountain outside wasn’t on & the ones inside. The staff was mediocre at best. When we checked out there was no one at the front desk and we just left our keys. So our experience wasn’t the best. "

"We had a comfortable stay, only disappoint was the hotel description states laundry service and a pool but actually the laundry service is a service off-site not a laundromat that I assumed. A laundromat was not even walking distance. Also there was no pool onsite but about 15 minutes away from hotel apparently but not sure if that was walking distance or by car. "The gem of this hotel is the rooftop restaurant. We had no idea it was there, but upon arriving learned of it. The staff is wonderful and the views, especially at sunset, were spectacular. Stay here just for that - or come over from your hotel for the restaurant. Terrific location and helpful staff. The room is a bit dated, but definitely adequate. "

"This is a great little spot!! It's not only exceptionally beautiful, it is also very well managed and guests are really taken care of. We enjoyed our stay here very much and wish it would have been for more than just one night. We will definitely return if we are lucky enough to visit again! "

"Modern, clean and well located B&B with a friendly owner who was very accommodating! He let us drop our bags a few hours before check in and made sure we had a taxi for our flight on check out day! Overall a great experience "
