"Very friendly staff, very clean. Our bed was a bit stiff for us, but it was clean and the pillows were very comfy. The shampoo and body wash could use an upgrade. They made me itchy, so we ended up buying some from the grocery store to use. Mini fridge was a nice size, no freezer in it, in case you need that. "The room was great. The only major complaint I had was my daughter was getting out of the pool and slipped and cut her knee really bad on the ladder. It was missing a step and where the screw hole went was super sharp. We went to desk and asked for a bandaid cause her knee was bleeding and of course they didnt have a first aid kit. and didnt even ask if she was ok. When I went in the morning to ask if they had fixed the problem the lady didnt know anything about it. "
