"Musholm Bugt Feriecenter had double booked, which meant they did not have a room for us when we arrived. They had sent us an email late in the afternoon telling us about the situation, which we had not seen upon arrival. In the email, which we only read later, Musholm took responsibility for the double booking, but when we talked to them they blamed it on hotels.com (which was not true). Gloss but lots of small issues

"Great reviews so booked at short notice, wish we hadn’t. The room was spacious but had a number of annoying or safety issues. First of all the blinds didnt go all the way down leaving bright sunlight streaming directly onto the bed. The bathroom was awful after a shower, just like a skating rink. The breeze block step into the building was wobbly. The worst was the electric lead, plugged in, which then trailed across the corridor, and out the front door, twice we nearly went flying when we tripped over it"

"We stayed at this hotel for a friend's 70th birthday party that was being held close by. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. The restaurant could use some additional staff at dinner time but my overall experience was good."
