"Lovely two bedroomed apartment. Fully equipped kitchen (no oven), but there is a microwave, toaster, hob, fridge etc Only downside no TV in the main bedroom - just in the living room/kitchen. It was clean and very spacious. Only £7 in an Uber to get to New Street Station. There is a Tesco Express/Co-Op just round the corner. I would definitely return. "

"Walking distance from World Resort Arena and Birmingham International train station. Super convinient if yiu are attending a concert or event nerby. Price is extremely low considering for the area. Ower is super nice and had no problem reaching him to sort out payment issue. Highly recommend 👌 "

"My trip was last minute so my reservation was made on the day of arrival. In spite of this I received the check-in/ access codes within an hour of the reservation. The studio is the annexe or possibly garage conversion but had exactly what was needed; comfortable bed, shower room and kitchen area. "Lovely clean apartment that looks really impressive and modern. Unfortunately the temperature was set to 25 degrees and we were unable to change this, whilst trying to get ready for a formal event. It was rather uncomfortable putting a suit on in 25 degree heat!!!"

"The property was clean but showing a lot of wear. The flooring was rotting in two places (kitchen and bathroom), and the plumbing leaked onto the floor when one of the bathroom sinks was used. If not for the plumbing and floors, it would have been much better. Otherwise comfortable, felt safe, quiet, and was in a convenient location. "
