I reported it to the front desk late at night, and they moved us to a different room the next day. I really appreciate how they resolved the issues. The staff were very kind and accommodating."

"Royal beach is visually stunning with friendly staff. However on arrival the security is more interested in tips than turning on boiler, making sure TV and WiFi works. Fridge hardly gets cold. WiFi is intermittent. Would have been nice to have soap and shampoo at flat."

"The hotel was simply stunning , it’s rare to go to a place that looks better in real life. The staff were so friendly and always wanting to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The snorkelling at the local reefs was spectacular . I would definitely go back again and recommend this beautiful place. "

"Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and made my stay extra special. For an all inclusive, the dining options are really good. There’s a lot to do at the resort so you don’t feel like you have to leave. You definitely get your moneys worth. I would stay here again and have recommenced it to so many family and friends :)"

"The hotel is simply awesome, staff is super friendly and polite. Service is like clockwork and extremely professional. Rooms are very comfy and clean, hotel facilities and in perfect condition and they pay attention to all details so you really feel at home. They also serve amazing different food options at The Chedi."

"Thank you very much to the whole team of the Jaz Makadina for amazing week at your hotel! I really enjoyed not only the hotel itself and great food (a lot of choice, fruits and vegetables and amazing live cooking), but the most - the team! Very polite, gentile, caring and always in the best mood spreading the smile and great mood around. Special thanks to the animation team - Alberto and Johny - you are rocking guys!
